You, the Challenge Participant, hereby acknowledge that your entry in this Challenge and pertaining training and nutrition programs is solely at your own risk and agree to take full responsibility for yourself, your executors, administrators, agents, representatives, spouse, children, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns, and acknowledges and agrees as follows: (a) to be bound by the rules and decisions of ALPHA SHRED in any way related to the Challenge; (b) that participation in the Challenge is voluntary; (c) You, the Challenge Participant, are not a minor; (d) you, the Challenge Participant, is of sound mind and body and has not been advised otherwise by qualified medical person; (e) You, the Challenge Participant, possess all rights and faculties necessary to execute, deliver, and perform this agreement; (f) certify that you, the Challenge Participant, meet all eligibility requirements as set forth in the terms on this page, which you hereby represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to; (g) certify that all photographs submitted by you, the Challenge Participant, for the Challenge will depict only you, the Challenge Participant and do not require the consent of any other third party rights holder before use; and (h) you, the Challenge Participant, is fully aware and assumes the risk of illness, accidents, injury, death, personal injury, bodily harm, emotional stress, psychological harm, property damage, and all dangers potentially arising from or in connection with participation in the Challenge.
Furthermore, the Challenge Participant irrevocably grants to ALPHA SHRED the right to edit, modify, and/or publish and copyright the images submitted by the Challenge Participant throughout the duration of the challenge. ALPHA SHRED does not make any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the use of any Prize, including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
ALPHA SHRED is not responsible for any inaccurate or incorrect entry information, human error, technical malfunction, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, access providers, or software, including any injury or damage to Contestant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the entry website or any pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; entry submissions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete, garbled, or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or any website. Proof of entering information on the website is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All dates set forth in the terms stated on this page are approximate.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY PROVISION OF THESE CHALLENGE TERMS TO THE CONTRARY, ALPHA SHRED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE CONTESTANT OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS), EVEN IF THE SPONSOR HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ALPHA SHRED reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, or amend the Challenge and these Official Terms for any reason.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Terms shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
All ALPHA SHRED purchases are all final sales, no refund, no exceptions. This is because all materials are available to your account instantly after signing up.
For ebooks and other materials that are purchased outside of the challenge, you will be responsible for saving the files and keeping them safe. We are not liable to you or other third parties for any loss or damages arising directly or indirectly from your use of or inability to use the program. You will need to repurchase the product again.
Purchased eBooks are strictly for personal use. Sharing of eBooks via any digital or physical medium is strictly forbidden. YOU MAY NOT UPLOAD eBooks TO THE INTERNET. PEER-2-PEER FILE SHARING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Any other manner of network file sharing and transfer of eBooks to devices for such purpose is prohibited. You may NOT re-create, decompile, disassemble, modify or remove any copy protection from the eBook. You may not create any “derivative works” by altering any of the content.
RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION, BILLING, CANCELLATION, and REFUNDS
WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION
By purchasing a weekly membership, you agree to the initial pre-payment for 1 week of service and accept responsibility for the recurring charges every week, at the initial rate of your subscription. Regardless of whether you use the Product, your subscription will automatically renew at its then-current renewal price with no further action from you, until canceled.
SEMI-ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION
By purchasing a semi-annual membership, you agree to the initial pre-payment for 6 months of service and accept responsibility for the recurring charges every 6 months. Regardless of whether you use the Product, your subscription will automatically renew at its then-current renewal price with no further action from you, until canceled.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION
By purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to the initial pre-payment for 1 month of service and accept responsibility for the recurring charges every month. Regardless of whether you use the Product, your subscription will automatically renew at its then-current renewal price with no further action from you, until canceled.
FREE TRIAL
The trial offer is an opportunity for you to use the Alpha Shred Challenge App for free or for $1 for the period of time communicated in the offer. The trial period will begin on the date that you accept the offer, and, regardless of whether you use the Product, will expire at the end of the trial period. At the end of your trial, the product will automatically renew at its then-current renewal price with no further action from you, until canceled. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you may cancel the Trial or the automatic renewal by visiting your account and turning off the auto-renewal feature, or by contacting customer service. If you choose to cancel the Product during the Trial period, or not to renew the Product following the Free Trial, any content or data you have entered into the Product will be lost and will not be recoverable.
BILLING
All recurring subscription plans will be billed automatically regardless of whether the program has been used or not. Once the subscription is active, it is then assumed that the program is being used and charges will continue to incur until you cancel your subscription subject to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.
CANCELATION
You can cancel your Alpha Shred membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Alpha Shred app through the end of your billing period. Charges will continue to incur until you end your subscription.
To cancel your membership, you can send an email to the Alpha Shred Support Team at alphashred@mikerashid.com or you can do this under Profile > My Membership > Subscriptions.
Deleting your account via the app does not stop the recurring billing. It only removes your user profile from the system. Make sure to cancel your subscription at least 2 days before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
REFUND POLICY
Alpha Shred membership payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any particular membership periods or unused content. Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after logging in to the app.
COUPON CODE
Although we strive to ensure you can fully utilize your voucher codes, they are non-refundable. You cannot claim a discount after checking out so make sure that you enter your coupon code before you continue with the payment.
